We’ve all sat through meetings that feel like administrative checklists, but the most effective Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) are those that transform raw data into a shared roadmap for student success. In this session, we will strip away the jargon and focus on the practical habits that turn collaborative planning into measurable classroom growth. Drawing from our own experience as English 11 teachers—we’ll explore how to move past "what we are teaching" to "how they are learning."
