Once logged in, you can then select the sessions that you would like to attend. Registering for a session will hold your seat for that session. Waitlists are enabled, and you will be able to register for that session if a spot opens up.

Building resilient math learners begins with building the right classroom culture. Designed for grades 6-8 mathematics educators, this session features Virginia Beach teachers sharing how they use First In Math to create engaging learning experiences that promote challenge, persistence, and student ownership. Participants will explore how purposeful play can help re-engage learners, strengthen confidence, and foster a sense of belonging in secondary math classrooms. By the end of the session, attendees will have concrete strategies for creating a more engaging and supportive math environment where future-ready learners are empowered to participate and grow.
