Managing small groups while keeping the rest of the class meaningfully engaged is one of the most common challenges in today’s classrooms. This interactive 90-minute session will provide educators with practical, ready-to-implement strategies for structuring data-driven math instruction through effective small group models.
Participants will explore instructional frameworks, routines, and goal-setting practices that promote student independence, increase engagement, and support resilient learners. Emphasis will be placed on how to use data to form groups, differentiate instruction, and ensure all students are working productively—whether they are with the teacher or independently.
