As a career switcher with a little over a decade of experience, Chima Staley is a Business and Information Technology educator with experience serving diverse learners, including students in Title I and at-risk settings. She is passionate about creating engaging, future -ready learning experiences that help students build confidence, think critically and connect classroom skills to real-world opportunities. As an instructional innovator, she also enjoys encouraging teachers to use practical strategies, creativity, and emerging tools like AI to make learning more meaningful and manageable. Her goal is simple: equip students to grow and empower teachers to keep showing up with purpose.
